On New Year’s Weekend in Maryland, a police pursuit of a New Jersey lady who had fled to Baltimore lasted nine miles before the woman lost control of her vehicle and was killed.

m. on Saturday, December 31, after she was observed driving erratically on a highway in Cecil County, according to a press release from the Independent Investigations Division (IID) of the Office of the Attorney General.

Reports from 911 callers that afternoon revealed that they had given Clark a vehicle, according to officials. After Clark ignored the trooper’s orders to pull over, the two of them had to chase each other for over nine miles down I-95 northbound.
Officials said that Clark, who was being followed by troopers, lost control and crashed into a tree near an exit ramp on the motorway.
Her death was officially confirmed there. What prompted her erratic driving is unknown. The collision just involved the two cars.
