MTV Awards 2022:The Winners & nominees of the MTV Movie and TV Awards!

Even for those who don’t pay attention to the Oscars or the Emmys, there has always been a strange gauge for a small section of society: those who watch MTV. The MTV Movie & TV Awards have always been a strange barometer.

So what? That’s totally fine, too. Sophia Di Martino received Best Actress in a Supporting Role for her portrayal in Loki, and it’s unlikely you’ll see any Stranger Things stars (but not any of the renowned ones) delivering this well-deserved award to her anywhere else.

These Show-Specific Awards.

On top of all of that, there are awards specific to this show, like Best Kiss (which went to Jackass newcomer Poopies and the snake that tore the shite out of his face) and Best Fight (which saw Euphoria beat out the final fight from Spider-Man: No Way Home, a clear indication of the type of crowd we’re dealing with here).

This year, Jack Black was given the Comedic Genius Award, and in his acceptance speech, he boasted about all of the great jokes he’s made in his short but illustrious career.
