American Horror Stories Season 2: When will the second season of American Horror Stories be available?

This summer, FX and Hulu will debut season 2 of American Horror Stories, featuring brand-new anthology-style tales from the show’s ingeniously macabre creators, Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. Each episode of this American Horror Story spinoff is its own story, as opposed to the original series’ one or two stories that unfold over the course of the whole season.

American Horror Stories Season 2: When will the second season of American Horror Stories be available?

Season 2 of American Horror Stories premiered on July 21. It is safe to conclude that American Horror Stories is a summer series whereas American Horror Story keeps to the fall because the first season of the series debuted in July as well.

American Horror Stories Season 2: What’s the plot?

You never truly know what the new season will be about until it premieres, which is one of the trademarks of the AHS brand. The anthology style of American Horror Stories makes it more difficult to figure out the puzzle pieces.

When will the second season of American Horror Stories be available?

Every episode is different. A few of the episodes are connected thematically, and others make references to earlier seasons of the main show. Other stories stand alone completely. Murphy and Falchuk have developed a technique where the fun is in not knowing what will happen next.

  American Horror Stories Season 2: Who is in the cast?

The trailer (which you can watch below) features some notable AHS alums including Denis O’Hare, Gabourey Sidibe, Cody Fern, Max Greenfield, and Nico Greetham.

Newcomers to the second season include Alicia Silverstone, Bella Thorne, Judith Light, Dominique Jackson, and Quvenzhané Wallis.

When will the second season of American Horror Stories be available?

Each episode generally features new characters, whether it’s new actors to the franchise playing brand new characters or franchise alums playing new roles. Some actors might even show up in multiple episodes, as was the case with Aaron Tveit in the first season.

We also learned that cameos from previous seasons of American Horror Story are possible. Billie Lourd, Cody Fern, Dylan McDermott, and Matt Bomer all showed up in season 1. Memorable locations within the franchise might also show up, as we saw with Murder House. Murder House, which was the focus of American Horror Story’s first season, factored heavily in the first season of Stories.

American Horror Stories Season 2: Does the second season of American Horror Stories have a trailer?

The second season’s teaser images below are just as sinister as the trailer. While AHS never divulges its secrets, it’s evident from the trailer that the second season of the program will feature a Bloody Mary game and a twisted dollhouse.
