Records Obtained by The Colorado Sun Revealed that Ellis Had Been Fired for “mistakes,” Including Failing to “adhere” to The State of Colorado’s Victim Rights Act, in December of That Year. She Was Fired Because of “deficiencies in Her Education and Experience,” According to The Records, Which Allowed Her to Continue Receiving Unemployment Benefits Despite Her Dismissal.
