“We usually update in the morning and again around lunchtime. That implies that during the week, between 8 AM and 12 PM PST, or between 4 and 5 PM, is when we aim to make Instagram posts.
Hootsuite’s North American B2B audience is most active in the mornings and at lunchtime (for those in the Pacific time zone) and late afternoons and early evenings (for those in the Eastern time zone) when our Instagram posts go up.
