According to the allegations made by the child’s mother in the lawsuit, a group of bullies at the child’s school in Brooklyn viciously attacked him and stomped on his face.
Elvia Torres, the mother of the victim, claims that school personnel did nothing to halt the incident that took place on April 29 at PS 272 in Canarsie.

According to the lawsuit that was submitted to the Brooklyn Supreme Court against the school, the Department of Education, and the city, the attackers pushed the kid, whose name wasn’t included in the court papers, kicked him in the stomach, and slammed their feet into his face at least four times. The case was directed against the city, the school, and the Department of Education.
Although the boy’s age and grade were not mentioned in the legal proceedings, Public School 272 educates students from pre-kindergarten all the way through fifth grade.
Torres claimed in court documents that the school’s “negligence and carelessness” made it possible for the attack to take place and that her son as a result sustained lasting disabilities.
Torres did not provide a statement regarding the case, which did not elaborate on the damages being sought.
