Sonya Deville of the WWE Arrested for Possession of a Firearm

In New Jersey, WWE Superstar Sonya Deville (real name Daria Berenato) was arrested for having a firearm in her vehicle, as reported by Fightful. The licence that Deville has in Florida is not valid in New Jersey. According to TMZ Sports, on February 19 in Atlantic City, a valet found the weapon in her car’s glove box and contacted the police. Once police arrived, they arrested Deville on suspicion of having a handgun without a licence.

As reported by Fightful, Sonya Deville is currently attempting to have the case dismissed. She has a hearing scheduled for Match, and it has been reported that Deville bought the gun and obtained the permit after the stalker and home invasion incidents that occurred in August 2020. On August 16, 2020, the man who had been stalking Deville was apprehended and charged with aggravated stalking, armed kidnapping, and armed burglary.

The suspect, identified as Phillip A. Thomas, was parked in front of a church close to Deville’s house in Tampa, Florida, where the incident took place. When Deville got close to the house, he cut a hole in the screen and waited there for “three to four hours,” during which time he watched the house through the window. After the professional wrestler went to bed, Thomas entered the house, but the alarm went off, and Deville ran away. The police were reportedly called by Mandy Rose, who was present in the house when Deville arrived.

Deville discussed the incident on an episode of The Pat McAfee Show from last April. It’s been a wild ride, and you never know when something like that’s going to happen, she said, as reported by Ringside News. “And until it actually occurs, you have no idea how you’ll feel about it.

I’ll just say, the day of, I was like, ‘Oh, everything’s fine. “I’m going to spend the night at home.” As night fell, I was so exhausted that I couldn’t even make it to the neighborhood in my car. Therefore, it’s completely insane.” Deville, now 29 years old, has been a member of WWE’s SmackDown roster since 2015. Deville and the fashion model Toni Cassano announced their engagement last month.
