On Manhattan’s Riverside Drive, a Big Tree Was Brought Down by High Winds, Crushing Several Vehicles

A large tree that had been uprooted by severe winds on the Upper West Side of Manhattan has fallen on top of a number of parked cars, causing damage to the vehicles.

The region was hit by a torrential downpour on Thursday evening, and now the region is experiencing windy conditions, which are forcing large trees to fall over because of the wind.

The large tree that fell on the Upper West Side between 106th Street and Riverside Park, destroying three vehicles that had been parked there, caused the tree to tumble to the ground.

After conducting an investigation into the matter, the FDNY came to the conclusion that there was no need for any further action.

There were no reports of anyone being injured in the incident.

As soon as the crews get started on the job, the tree will be felled and taken away from the street by them.

Angelina Cando, 30, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with three distinct acts of suspected hate crime violence. These charges are as follows: arson, criminal mischief, and reckless endangerment. Derick Waller is the one who will be reporting on this.
