As of January 31st, applications for the Affordable New Jersey Communities for Homeowners and Renters programme were still being accepted by residents of Garden State.

New Jersey renters will receive a few hundred dollars, significantly less than homeowners. Anyone who qualifies as a renter and submits an application for this programme will get a $450 payment, provided that their yearly income is $150,000 or less.
Payments to eligible residents who apply for this programme will be disbursed no later than May of this year. In addition, payment will not be made based on the sequence in which requests were received.
Homeowners can apply for this programme online or over the phone by dialling 877-658-2972; both methods need the applicant to have an ANCHOR ID and PIN.
Applicants can also download an application form from the website, print it out, and submit it via regular mail together with the necessary materials.
