Fda Issues a Warning Against Consuming These Raw Oysters Sold in New Jersey After Illnesses Were Reported

After reports of infections involving diarrhoea and vomiting, the Food and Drug Administration issued a warning to 13 states, including New Jersey, against eating or selling raw oysters from South Korea.

According to a press release from the FDA, these frozen half-shell oysters were collected on February 6, 2022, and shipped out by Dai One Food Company.

In addition to New Jersey, the states of Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia all received oysters from this farm.
