To help identify a suspect in an assault at a Long Island Home Depot, police have released a sketch of the suspect.
Nassau County Police said that the crime occurred in June 2022 at the Home Depot on Jericho Turnpike in Syosset.

On Saturday, June 4 at around 12:30 p.m., the suspect allegedly approached a 41-year-old store employee and struck him several times, according to detectives. The attack shattered the victim’s jaw.

It was unclear if the two had met before the event.

It appears that neither additional customers nor staff members were hurt during this incident.
The suspect was described by police as a white man between 160 and 180 pounds, standing 5 feet, 11 inches tall.

His goatee beard, black cap, and glasses were all visible in the surveillance images.
