Assuming Jimel Quann Was Murdered in Camden, Who Did It? There is a $5,000 Incentive for Information.

New Jersey’s CAMDEN (WPVI) — Back on February 20, 2021, a man was standing with a group of people when he was shot and killed in Camden.

Police think he was intentionally targeted. The police are counting on you to assist them to identify his murderer.

Jamal Quann and a group of people were lingering in the Camden neighborhood of the 200 block of Marlton Pike, close to the intersection with Baird Boulevard.

Gunfire was reported at about 12:30 a.m., and police were dispatched to the area.

“When they arrived, they saw a man laying on the highway with many gunshot wounds,” said Santo Montecalvo of the Citizens Crime Commission.

The ambulance took him to the hospital, but he passed away there soon after. Even though Quann has never been arrested for a violent crime before, investigators think he was the target.

The police need the public’s assistance in locating the criminal.

“Citizens are encouraged to contact the Citizens Crime Commission and offer assistance. Any information that leads to the identification, capture, and conviction of this individual is eligible for a $5,000 prize “as Montecalvo put it.
