Moreno admitted in court records and statements that he and others conspired to distribute and possess with intent to distribute fentanyl, methamphetamine, and heroin between November 2020 and January 2021.
From Manhattan, he admittedly helped move some of the drugs to New Jersey, where he and others would sell them.

The maximum possible sentence for the conspiracy accusation is 40 years in prison, and there is a maximum punishment of $5 million.
