New state plan Temporary Disability and Family Leave Insurance claims will receive $1,025 per week, up from $993, while new Workers’ Compensation claims would receive $1,099, up from $1,065.

The maximum benefit rates and taxable pay base are revised annually based on the statewide average weekly wage, per program laws.
