This fall, four lawyers and the firm’s first practise group administrator joined Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) to expand the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group.
Third-year law student and CSG Law intern, Evelyn Baert, plans to specialise in real estate law. Jennifer Garster, who worked as a summer associate at CSG Law in 2021, is coming back to the company to concentrate on real estate financing.

After holding positions in the corporate, academic, and judicial sectors, Amy Howlett has decided to return to the practise of law. Her primary duties will involve commercial leases and deals. Irene Karsos has joined CSG Law after serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Frank DeAngelis on the New Jersey Superior Court in Morris County.
With her command of Greek, she plans to specialise in property deals. In the meantime, Daniela Alves will be in charge of managing the clinic for the team. She has a wide range of duties in her new position, from talent and professional development to performance metrics analysis and general office management.
