The initial infringement was not specified by police, but whatever it was, it couldn’t have been as surprising as what they saw upon approaching the vehicle.
The police stopped a 2017 Toyota Camry heading north on Interstate 87 and approached the driver. A 43-year-old guy from Brooklyn named Andrew Caesar was recognised by troopers as the driver.
Passenger Maxwell Coddett, 46, was also a Brooklynite.

Aside from 94 grammes of multicoloured MDMA pills, police say they also recovered “two clear plastic bags containing crack-cocaine weighing approximately 125 grammes, numerous blue Oxycodone Hydrochloride pills, brown OxyContin pills, blue Alprazolam Pills, pink Oxycodone Hydrochloride pills, blue Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine pills, numerous clear plastic bags containing cannabis weighing approximately 210 grammes, and a digital scale.”
