The East Bay Times reports that Michael, 24 years old, was killed in a car crash.
At 9:23 p.m. on Monday, October 11, officers with the California Highway Patrol received reports of an accident at the intersection of Pinehurst and Redwood roads in unincorporated Alameda County.
Upon arrival, they discovered an overturned 2020 BMW 330i with the driver still behind the wheel. According to the report, Oakland firemen who got to the scene pronounced him dead.
On Wednesday, October 13th, Alameda County Sheriff’s Coroner’s officials identified the vehicle accident victim as Michael.

Family Remembers the Esports Streamer
Parker Mackay, a pundit for esports, shared on Twitter the message released by Michael’s family following his tragic death in a car accident.
“On October 11, Michael “KiXSTAr” Stockley unexpectedly passed away. The message stated, “He had so many plans for the future, and he was looking forward to working with so many of you.
“Michael worked diligently to list the R6 Siege community, and many of you listed him as well. We are appreciative of the love and support that so many of you have shown us. Keep going, pay it forward, and continue uplifting one another.”
The deceased streamer’s family stated that they were “lucky” to have spent the last 20 months with him, as he had been touring the world for a considerable amount of time prior to his return home due to the epidemic.

Fans of KiXSTAr are unable to accept the news of his demise. They lamented his passing on Twitter and paid honor to the late streamer.
