According to police radio communications, a drive-by shooting occurred on Lexington Avenue in Jersey City on Saturday afternoon and resulted in a man suffering numerous gunshot wounds.
At about 2:20 in the afternoon, the victim was discovered by the police on Lexington, in the vicinity of Kennedy Boulevard and Bergen Avenue. According to the dispatches from the police, a number of shot casings were discovered in front of 39 Lexington Avenue and the properties that were nearby.
According to the signals received over the radio, the victim had at least two bullet wounds, one of which was located in the left thigh and the other in the right foot. The Jersey City Medical Center is where he was brought after his arrest.
