In a video that was taken at the site by a user of the Citizen App, law enforcement officers can be seen present after a shooting that, according to the authorities, took place while the victim was sitting in a parked vehicle.
The man’s health was said to be serious yet stable, according to the reports that were received.
The police are asking anyone who may have information that will help them find the person who started the shooting to get in touch with them.
