There will be more judges than ever before at the High Times Cannabis Cup Illinois: People’s Choice 2022, held in the home of the Obamas, the Bulls, and Winfrey. As far as we know, this is only the third time the public has been invited to participate in a tournament in Illinois. Here’s the gist of it. Competitors can drop off their entries at specific Illinois cannabis retailers from July 11-13. A few weeks later, on July 24, judges-to-be will be able to obtain their judge kits.
