In September of 2021, cops discovered two convicts who had narcotics and other contraband in their cells. The drugs and other contraband were linked back to Mack.

During his guilty plea, Mack admitted that he had made a deal with other convicts to provide them with drugs in exchange for money.

In addition to that, Judge Jill O’Malley of the Superior Court of Monmouth County ordered Mack to resign.

When he is sentenced in April of 2023, he might be looking at up to five years in prison.

Santiago asserted that Mack’s “behavior is not reflective of the honest, hard-working, law enforcement officers who risk their lives daily to protect and serve our county,” and he stated that this statement was supported by Mack’s actions.
