Winter Storm Forces School Cancellations and Timetable Adjustments in New Jersey (Friday, Dec. 16, 2022)

On Friday, December 16, 2022, the schedules of several school districts have been adjusted as a result of a winter storm that was forecast to bring snowfall totals of up to 3 inches in some areas, the potential for ice, widespread rainfall totals of 2 inches, and strong gusty winds.

According to the information provided by the National Weather Service, a winter weather advisory was in effect for the counties of Passaic, Sussex, and Warren, and a wind advisory was in effect for the counties along the coast of New Jersey, starting with Monmouth County and ending with Atlantic County.

The following school districts have stated that there will be timetable adjustments on Friday.
