EAST VILLAGE, Manhattan (PIX11) – According to the police, a couple living in Manhattan discovered on Sunday morning that their flat in the East Village had been broken into and that their belongings had been stolen.
The NYPD said that the victims, a man in his forties and a woman in her thirties, brought two other ladies back to their apartment around three in the morning near the intersection of East 4th Street and First Avenue.
According to the police, the victims went to sleep while the two criminals were still present in their flat, and when they woke up, they discovered that a total of $8,250 worth of jewelry, cash, and other goods had been stolen. According to the police, the suspects ran away from the scene in the direction of Avenue A.
It is not entirely obvious how the accused are connected to the people who were killed.
