At this point in the footage, he can be seen bringing out a gun.
According to the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, the weapon in question is a black 9mm Glock that, according to the police, was stolen.

Three shots were fired by Fieros, and one of them hit a teenager who was brought to the hospital in severe condition but has since stabilized. Fieros fired the rounds.
After receiving medical attention for his injuries and bruises, Fieros was taken into custody.

He was arrested and charged with seven separate crimes, the most serious of which was attempted murder, as well as unauthorized possession of a weapon.

During the signing of the bill that will enhance the concealed carry law, the governor did not talk particularly about the probe. Instead, he simply signed the bill.

“You don’t want to have to worry about coming into a position where you don’t expect someone to have a gun,” said Murphy. “You don’t want to have to come into a situation where you don’t expect someone to have a gun.”
