In the late Spring of 2023, the NJ Treasury will start disbursing ANCHOR benefits. Rather of being applied as a reduction to property tax obligations, ANCHOR contributions will be made through electronic funds transfer or paper check.

If you applied for Homestead Benefits in the previous year, you may be able to retrieve your ID and PIN numbers electronically.

No identification or PIN is required for tenants to file. To learn more about filing with the Division, check out the ANCHOR page.
