First-half goals from the penalty spot from TikTok star Noah Beck and YouTuber Chunkz sent the World XI on their way to victory.

When Beck fouled Chunkz, referee Mark Clattenburg had no choice but to point to the penalty spot, allowing Chunkz to redeem himself.

YouTuber Mark Wright sunk his penalty kick into Petr Cech’s bottom-left corner after the referee had ordered him to do so by the official.

A controlled shot from singer Tom Grennan beat world heavyweight champion Tom Stoltman after a blistering surge through two opponents to give England the lead.
For nearly the whole second half, Love Island’s Cetinay was able to score four goals for Soccer Aid thanks to a Wright error that allowed him to preserve the lead at 2-1. Clarence Seedorf, a Dutch great, was the equal top scorer in Soccer Aid history, and the game would be decided on penalties.

Lee Mack, who had previously missed all three of his Soccer Aid penalties, was able to secure the victory for the World XI with a spot-kick that Grennan and Russell Howard both missed.

For the first time in his career, he scored from the penalty spot to win the shootout 4-1 over Harewood.

You want them riveted from the first word, page, or sentence, no matter how painful or unpleasant, and that's my expertise.
