On Monday, according to the NYPD, a man was shot and killed while standing outside of a bodega in Crown Heights.
Authorities claim the incident took place at approximately two o’clock in the afternoon at the intersection of Sterling Place and Buffalo Avenue.
The victim, who was 20 years old, was struck by gunfire twice, once in the hip and once in the ankle. He was transferred to Kings County Hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he did not survive.
There have been no arrests made, and there has been no description of the people who are suspected of carrying out the crime released.
