Tamika Richards was crossing the intersection of Mermaid Avenue and W. 24th Street at approximately 8:50 o’clock in the evening.

At approximately 8:50 p.m., Tamika Richards was walking through the intersection of W. 24th Street and Mermaid Avenue when she was struck by a red pickup truck that was traveling westbound through the intersection. This is according to the reports that were filed by the police.
