Gov. Phil Murphy told everyone to fly their flags at half-staff to remember and honor State Senator Ronald Rice.
Phil Murphy said when he made the news public, “In honor of the late Senator Ron Rice, I’ve told all state buildings and facilities to fly flags at half-staff until March 23. New Jersey has lost a hero who will be remembered for being kind and brave.”
