New Jersey’s Tighter Gun Carry Law Is Temporarily Halted by A Judge.

A federal judge has temporarily halted the implementation of New Jersey’s new gun control law, which was created after the U.S. Supreme Court expanded gun rights last year.

Monday, the judge suggested that the law violates the Second Amendment rights of the public.

Three members of Second Amendment rights organisations who also own carry permits filed the case shortly after Democratic Governor Phil Murphy signed the bill just before the holiday season.
