New Jersey’s Gas Prices Have Fallen During Thanksgiving Weekend!

On the Monday after the long Thanksgiving weekend, the average price of a gallon of normal gasoline in New Jersey was $3.73. This reflected a significant drop week over week in the Garden State, albeit the national average declined more.

According to AAA data, the statewide average price in New Jersey was $3.725 on Tuesday, November 22nd, a dip of about 8 cents from the $3.808 recorded on Monday, November 21st.

However, the national average price declined by around 12 cents, from $3.662 to $3.546. According to AAA, that was the largest weekly drop in the United States in nearly four months.
