SPRINGFIELD TWP., Pa. – Bucks County police have charged a driver in connection with a tragic collision that occurred in September of last year.
The incident that occurred on September 4, 2022, resulted in Nicholas Faxon, age 27, being charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance, in addition to a stop sign violation, according to the police in Springfield Township.
According to the authorities, Faxon, who hailed from Frenchtown, New Jersey, was a participant in the deadly accident that occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of Routes 212 and 412.
Following a collision involving a motorcycle and an SUV, the motorcyclist was taken to the hospital for treatment.
