Nearly Shot During a Carjacking in North Philadelphia, a Man Says, “I Was Blessed.”

North Philadelphia police are hunting for a carjacking suspect who opened fire on an unsuspecting victim in the afternoon.

The crime reportedly occurred on December 1 at around 2:30 p.m.
The 33-year-old victim left his car running in the 1400 block of West Susquehanna Avenue while he went shopping. When he got out, an unknown individual was getting into the vehicle.
