According to NJ Advance Media, a Gloucester County grand jury indicted a former US Marine from Franklinville, aged 25, last month on charges stemming from a shooting that occurred in a bar parking lot in September 2022, resulting in the death of a man aged 31.

Gilliano’s Villari’s Sports Bar resulted in an indictment for Walter J. Galliano on one count of first-degree murder and two counts of second-degree weapons charges, according to the outlet.
NJ.com reported at the time that police found a Glock 19 handgun and a spent.9mm bullet casing near Gilliano’s car, and that Galliano told them he shot Stuart during an argument outside the bar.
Sister Mikaela Guzman said that Stuart was declared brain dead on September 24 after being airlifted to the hospital.
