According to Taggart, on December 13 at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton, in front of the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C., Desiree Vanwingerden, age 31, who resides in Middletown, pleaded guilty to the charge of possessing a controlled dangerous substance. The hearing took place before the magistrate.
According to Taggart, in his guilty plea, Vanwingerden admitted that he possessed a controlled dangerous substance in Wantage Township with the purpose to distribute it.
The hearing to determine the sentence will take place on February 9th, 2023 as scheduled.
