A New Jersey Convenience Store Sold a Winning Powerball Ticket Worth $500,000 Recently.

On Saturday, a convenience store in Morris County sold a ticket for the Powerball drawing that won the third-place jackpot of $500,000.

The winning ticket, according to the New Jersey Lottery, was purchased at the Minute Mart on Netcong Road near Budd Lake.

Because the Power Play was 10X, which has a 1 in 43 chance of being drawn, the ticket was worth $500,000,000.
