According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, a guy from Los Angeles was taken into custody for allegedly stealing fuel from a semi-truck in Rancho Cucamonga.
At approximately 8:40 p.m. on Wednesday night, deputies responded to complaints of a person who allegedly stole diesel gasoline from a location in the 9000 block of Rancho Park Court.

During a brief pursuit that ended close to the intersection of Hellman Avenue and 8th Street, deputies were able to take Martin Coronado, 33, into custody as soon as they got on the scene.
The authorities discovered that Coronado had stolen fuel from a semi-truck and that his van was equipped with two plastic tanks with a capacity of 330 gallons each, hoses for siphoning, and an electric pump.
A glass pipe used to smoke methamphetamine was also among the items that the police discovered.

Coronado was arrested for grand theft, possession of burglary tools, resisting arrest, and narcotics charges, and he was put into the West Valley Correctional Center. His bail was set at $30,000, and he is now being held.
