Wayne Blanchard, who is the president of the New Jersey State Troopers Fraternal Association, has been chosen as the first vice chairman of the National Troopers Coalition. This means that the veteran union leader will play a bigger part in national law enforcement issues.<\/p>\n

Blanchard said, “It’s an honor to know that my colleagues trust me enough to choose me as first vice chairman.” “The NTC is making a difference and has become a strong voice for our troopers and all law enforcement across the country. I am excited and honored to be a part of the leadership team.”<\/p>\n

William Legg, who is the second vice president of the NJSTFA<\/a>, was chosen to be the east region supervisor for the NTC for a third time.<\/p>\n

Nate Johnson, who is in charge of the Michigan State Police Troopers Association, was backed by Blanchard and Legg to be the national chairman of the group.<\/p>\n

“Wayne has been a great partner in representing the east region and the NTC as a key member of the legislative committee as we work to increase our engagement and presence in Washington, D.C.,” Johnson said.<\/p>\n
