Francis J. Russo, Director of CPB’s New York Field Operations, stated that the fentanyl that was confiscated had a purity level of 73% and had the potential to cause significant overdoses in the local population.<\/p>\n

The individual was handed over to the NYPD by the CBP, who asserts that he is a citizen of the United States and arrived at JFK Airport from Mexico City.<\/p>\n
