As Part of The Investigation, the Following People Were Taken Into Custody:<\/strong><\/p>\n Lexine Zuzunaga, 29, of Haledon, was charged with first-degree distribution of cocaine, second-degree distribution of fentanyl, second-degree possession of a weapon during the commission of a CDS crime, multiple second- and fourth-degree firearms offenses, including the illegal possession and sale of handguns and an assault rifle, fourth-degree possession of a large capacity magazine, and conspiracy to commit these crimes.<\/p>\n Jordan Saravia, 32, of Paterson, was charged with first-degree distribution of cocaine, second-degree distribution of fentanyl, second-degree possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl, cocaine, and marijuana<\/a>, third-degree possession with the intent to distribute heroin, and conspiracy to commit these crimes.<\/p>\n Alberto Herrera, 34, of Paterson, was charged with a number of second- and fourth-degree gun crimes, including the illegal possession and sale of handguns and an assault rifle, as well as the possession of hollow point ammunition, a large capacity magazine, and conspiracy to commit these crimes.<\/p>\n Jamel McNeal, 34, of Paterson, was charged with second-degree possession with the intent to sell cocaine, multiple counts of second-degree certain persons not to possess weapons, second-degree possession of a weapon during the commission of a CDS offense, and multiple second- and fourth-degree offenses related to the illegal possession and sale of handguns and an assault rifle, as well as conspiracy to commit these crimes.<\/p>\n The Morris County Correctional Facility is where all four of them were put.<\/p>\n This investigation was done by the Special Enforcement Unit of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, which was led by Chief Assistant Prosecutor Brad Seabury and Captain Steven Brylinski, along with the Criminal Investigations Division of the Morristown Police Department, the DEA NJ Division, the US Postal Inspector Service, and the ATF NJ Division.<\/p>\n Morris County<\/a> Prosecutor Carroll praised the cooperation and coordination between city, county, state, and federal agencies that led to the safe and successful arrest of multiple people and the safe search of multiple locations and seizure of dangerous weapons and illegal drugs.<\/p>\n The Prosecutor said that this investigation shows that law enforcement will be more successful at removing dangerous weapons and drugs from our communities if they work together and share information.<\/p>\n Read More:<\/strong><\/p>\n A 7th Grader from New Jersey Will Run in Honor of The Firefighters Who Died in Chicago.<\/a><\/p>\n Parking Lot Argument Leads to Arrest of New York City Couple on Attempted Murder Charges<\/a><\/p>\n\n
