The video, which was obtained exclusively by The Post, shows Robert “Bobby” Burrell, 29, and his brother Malik Burrell, 25, storming behind the counter and throwing a chair at the staff of Fish Express Fish Market on February 21.<\/p>\n
The younger Burrell is then viciously stabbed by the fishmonger, Junior Aquino Hernandez, as he and his brother flee the store.<\/p>\n
Read more<\/strong>:\u00a0An Income of $100,000 is Only Worth $35,000 in the Big Apple, According to a Recent Study<\/a><\/p>\n While his brother was transferred to the hospital in stable condition, Malik Burrell eventually died from his injuries.<\/p>\n Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg first charged Hernandez, 34, with murder in the fracas but later withdrew the charges pending additional investigation.<\/p>\n Hernandez, a married father of four who claims he acted in self-defense, is still scheduled to appear in court on April 4 to face assault charges related to the incident.<\/p>\n Bobby Burrell entered the store to purchase shrimp for a birthday feast but got into an argument with a fish market employee, leading to fatal consequences.<\/p>\n The man is shown on video trying to leave the store with a bag of shrimp, but two employees are able to stop him. He then swings at one of the employees before running away.<\/p>\n But, the footage shows him coming back to the store with his younger brother, storming in and behind the counter, where they throw a chair and fight with employees.<\/p>\n
