According to the police, a woman from Texas who was vacationing in New York City was held in a headlock while she and another woman were robbed at knifepoint in midtown Manhattan early on Sunday morning.<\/p>\n

According to the New York Post, the women, who have not been identified, were walking at the intersection of West 45th Street and 11th Avenue at approximately 12:30 a.m. when they were confronted by two men who demanded that they hand over their things.<\/p>\n

During the course of the robbery, according to the reports filed by the police, one of the perpetrators flashed a knife and snatched a pocketbook as well as a cell phone from one of the victims.<\/p>\n

The second victim, who authorities noted was a tourist, was held in a headlock but did not have any of her things taken.<\/p>\n
