According to Police Captain Eric Amato, Moustafa M. Moustafa, 19, and Omar Ahmed, 23, both of Jersey City, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and Ahmed was charged with possession of a prescription legend drug. Both men are from Jersey City.<\/p>\n

They were brought into arrest on Saturday evening at approximately 8:57 p.m. in the vicinity of 48th Street and John F. Kennedy Boulevard in New York City. A motor vehicle collision involving three vehicles was seen by law enforcement officers while they patrolled the area.<\/p>\n

At that location, they established contact with all of the people involved and found that the collision had been caused by the car that Moustafa had been operating.<\/p>\n
