Shiquwan Johnson, also known as “Big Shy,” is 37 years old and has been charged with illegal possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon, possession with intent to distribute heroin and cocaine, and possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. Johnson is also accused of possessing firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.<\/p>\n

Both Bergen and Lexington avenues are named in the gang’s name.<\/p>\n Yesterday, the three defendants made their initial appearances in front of United States District Judge Jessica S. Allen. Johnson and Sherman both agreed to their arrest, while Capers was let go with the condition that he serves his sentence at home.<\/p>\n
