It has been suggested at the state capital of Sacramento that some portions of the California Vehicle Code, which now restrict lowrider cruising, be removed. If the law is approved, its implementation would begin on January 1, 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It would be against the law for local authorities to pull over drivers who are cruising in automobiles that have been modified to be at a set height and issue a citation for doing so if Assembly Bill 436 were to become law. The bill would make it unlawful to do so.<\/p>\n
