A federal judge has temporarily halted the implementation of New Jersey’s new gun control law, which was created after the U.S. Supreme Court expanded gun rights last year.<\/p>\n

Monday, the judge suggested that the law violates the Second Amendment rights of the public.<\/p>\n

Three members of Second Amendment rights organisations who also own carry permits filed the case shortly after Democratic Governor Phil Murphy signed the bill just before the holiday season.<\/p>\n
