Six Rockland County employees are facing charges for submitting timesheets for hours they did not work.<\/p>\n

After a six-week investigation into corruption inside the county’s Environmental Resources department, the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office made the arrests on Wednesday<\/strong>, December 7.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Christopher A. Quinones, a 30-year-old<\/strong> Westtown resident, and Orange County native, was arrested in May. There were 27 of each charge brought against him.<\/p>\n
Georgie J. Cruz, age 41<\/strong>, of Bloomingburg, Sullivan County. He was accused of 25 counts of fabricating company documents and official misconduct in addition to 27 counts of petit larceny.

After being questioned and booked on the aforementioned counts, the six were released with tickets to appear in the Town of Haverstraw Justice Court on Monday, December 19.<\/p>\n
