The bill argues that they need plastic bags reinstated, if only temporarily, for sanitary reasons. There are over a thousand grocery stores in New Jersey, and Linda Doherty<\/a>, as president of the New Jersey Food Council, is responsible for overseeing all of them.<\/p>\n
