Michiel Huisman (born July 18, 1981) is a Dutch actor, musician, and singer-songwriter who has appeared in both Dutch and English-language television and movies. It was in the Dutch soap opera Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden that Huisman made his television debut (1998).<\/p>\n

After that, he was in the major parts of Philippine Says Sorry (2003) and Floris (2005), as well as supporting roles in Costa! (2001) and Full Moon Party (2002), all of which were Dutch films (2004).<\/p>\n

In 2006, Huisman made his international acting debut in a cameo role on the British television comedy Dalziel and Pascoe. In the years that followed, he made appearances in films like The Young Victoria (2009), World War Z (2013), Wild (2014), The Invitation (2015), and The Age of Adaline (2017). (2015).<\/p>\n

Michiel Huisman<\/a> was born into an artistic household that encouraged his musical talent. Born to an artist father and a club artist mother, Huisman was exposed to art and music at a young age. Huisman began acting at a young age, encouraged by his parents. Goede Tijden Slechte Tijden, the longest-running soap opera in Dutch television history, is where he made his acting debut in a minor part. Almost immediately after that, Michiel got the part of Uitgesloten in Suzy Q.<\/p>\n

More opportunities and jobs came to Michiel the way as the years went by. In addition to his work in the Dutch entertainment sector, Huisman has experience in other fields. In a similar vein, he initially gained recognition on a global scale with the British television series Dalziel and Pascoe.<\/p>\n
