Gail Noe recently sent a check to her home insurance provider using a USPS mailbox. Prior to the check being cashed, she was able to cancel it with her bank. Until she received an unusual call from a police officer in New Jersey<\/a>, Noe claimed she didn’t give it a second thought. Noe has now chosen to pay her bills through internet banking. She advised other senior citizens, like herself, to learn how to do it.<\/p>\n Find a trustworthy person who can show you better ways to transmit payments without using checks and mailing them to a mailbox, such as a family member, a member of your church, a senior center employee, or a bank employee, said Noe.<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
